As required by federal election law, a corporation’s executive and administrative personnel, stockholders and the families of these two groups are eligible to be members of the DuPont Good Government Fund. The FEC defines executive and administrative personnel as those employees who are paid on a salary basis and who have policymaking, managerial, professional or supervisory responsibilities. These are generally at and above SGL level four at DuPont.
